Class Description
In QiGong we learn to feel, connect and work with our Qi (Life Force Energy). This enables us to change our response to situations that cause us stress, which result in tension that affect our body mind and spirit. With regular practice of QiGong we can return to harmony, peace and balance. Each class follows the 7 QiGong principles of: 1. Breath: developing attention, awareness and focus 2. Activation: waking up the Qi 3. Warm-up: strengthening & conditioning 4. Stretching: releasing lines of tension 5. Flows: flowing movement (this is where the 'magic' happens!) 6. Postures: alignment both within and in relation to the natural world 7. Meditation: seals the intention of the practice The classes are small (no more than 6) and friendly.
