Forest Bathing
Introductory Sessions

Forest Bathing is an immersion in and a reconnecting with Nature that brings, scientifically proven, health and wellbeing benefits.

To gain these benefits we will be moving through the woods slowly, mindfully, and mainly in silence, with invitations to open senses, pauses to reflect .. and more

I am delighted to say that I have received permission from the owner and I have received my permit to lead Forest Bathing groups in their beautiful and private woods located south of Hadleigh, Suffolk.

How to join a session

choose your Free Introductory Session:​
  • May: Mon 13th , Sat 25th & Wed 29th
  • June: Mon 10th , Sat 22nd & Wed 26th
Each session starts at 08:00 (am) for 2 hrs approx.
8 participants per session - the sessions are for human adults only.

Including your name, contact number and session date
if you are bringing a friend or partner, please provide their name, email and contact number
On receipt of you email you will receive full details and further information
