60-minutes of gentle movement and guided relaxation
£12 per person

Tuesdays at 09:30 am

MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS

90-minutes of Yogalates (Pilates & Yoga fusion) and guided relaxation
£18 per person

Fridays at 09:30 am

MOVEMENT & MINDFULNESS

90-minutes of Yogalates (Pilates & Yoga fusion) and guided relaxation
