The Ancient Art & Science of self-care through mindful movement
In QiGong we learn to feel, connect and work with our Qi (Life Force Energy) - an invisible 'animating' energy that is within and around all things.

This enables us to change our response to situations that cause us stress, which result in tension that affect our body mind and spirit. With regular practice of QiGong we can return to harmony, peace and balance.

Each class follows the 7 QiGong principles of:

Breath: developing attention, awareness and focus

Activation: waking up the Qi

Warm-up: strengthening & conditioning

Stretching: releasing lines of tension

Flows: flowing movement (this is where the 'magic' happens!)

Postures: alignment both within and in relation to the natural world

Meditation: seals the intention of the practice
The classes are small, friendly, interactive and often amusing!
Terms of Participation apply to all Body Mind as One bookings.
You can book up to 30 days but no later than 12 hours before the class starts.
