Class Description

Getting older does not mean that we will inevitably suffer the symptoms of the "Ageing Process". We can re-capture and continue to find ease in physical movement no matter our age. Each Movement & Mindfulness class is more like a mini workshop including: - Breath Practice: to quiet the mind and relax the body - Pilates: to develop core strength and stability - Somatics: to release physical holding patterns that create pain and discomfort - Yoga: to feel freedom in body, mind and spirit - Meditation or Guided Relaxation: to absorb the practice and find peace among the chaos The classes are small (no more than 6), friendly and interactive and, whilst each class is carefully planned, the content will be tailored or adjusted to suit the needs of those attending.
