Our world is full of influences that cause us stress or tension at some point in our day, and whilst we may not feel stressed or tense the effects can be experienced in poor sleep and in physical or emotional unease. The Evening Release class provides some wonderful practices that relieve such 'hidden' stresses. The practices include: - Breath Practice: to quiet the mind and relax the body - Gentle Movement: which may be Somatics, Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga - Meditation or Guided Relaxation: to absorb the practice and find peace among the chaos The classes are small (no more than 6), friendly and interactive and, whilst each class is carefully planned, the content will be tailored or adjusted to suit the releasing needs of those attending, to aid a peaceful end to the day.
