About the event

Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) has its foundations in an ancient practice of reconnecting with Nature which has numerous scientifically proven health & wellbeing benefits.

Every led Forest Bathing session includes;

  • gentle movement
  • mindfulness
  • slow silent walking
  • stillness
  • pauses for reflection
  • 'Invitations' (suggestions of methods and simple techniques that will enable connection to oneself and to nature)
  • opportunities to share or not (if that is preferred)
  • and more ...

These led sessions are for groups of up to 8 human adults.

There are 3 sessions per month on a Monday, Wednesday or Saturday.

Each session starts promptly at 08:00 (am) and last for approx. 2 hrs.

The route followed is between 1 and 2 miles (approx.)

The Forest Bathing sessions are held with permission in an ancient privately owned woodland nr Hadleigh, Suffolk.  UK
